Behind the Wheel Training
Behind-The-Wheel-Training is accomplished on an individually scheduled basis and may be conducted during day, afternoon, evening, or weekend hours. Students should contact us at the school to schedule individual behind-the-wheel training. Our behind-the-wheel training encompasses in-town driving, highway driving, residential driving, rural and urban road driving, and a great deal of parallel parking, "quick stop", and "back-and-park" practice. Each of these elements is important and will be tested by the State during road testing.
Standard Driver Training Program $450.00
(fulfills all "Joshua's Law" requirements) The standard program combines the 30 hour classroom training and the 6 hours behind the wheel and delivers a package discount of $140. The 30 hours "Joshua Law" Driver Training classes are offered over 2 consecutive weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) when school is in session and over 5 consecutive days, Monday - Friday, when school is on a break. Seating is limited so we encourage you to make your reservations quickly. You may register for all classes through our website, over the phone or by visiting our location.
30 hours classroom instruction - State Certified Instructors. Our classroom instruction technique also includes guest speakers, group discussion, group activities, peer to peer interaction and group projects.
6 hour behind-the-wheel training - State inspected training vehicle, broken into 3-two hour training sessions after the classroom portion is complete.

Behind-the-Wheel Only $390.00
6 hours of individual hands-on training in our State inspected vehicle, as described above in the Standard Program. Often used by students who have taken on-line classes and now need behind-the-wheel training.
Adult Driver Training
Customized training for non-teens and those who don't need the full Standard Program. This is often comprised of 4-10 hours of behind the wheel training in our State inspected training vehicle. Assessments are given during initial session, and recommendations for a program are made at that time.
Mature Drivers
We also offer re-training or refresher programs for the mature driver that help the older drivers adjust to the limitations of their age. The basic purpose of this training is to help the mature driver learn and practice ways of improving their abilities to anticipate and avoid dangerous situations. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a student's classroom seat, with the balance due on or before the first class day. We accept Master Card, VISA Discover, debit cards, checks, and cash.
